PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Historically V3 schwannomas are approached through multiple approaches like Retrosigmoid craniotomy, Kawases approach, FTOZ etc. The advent of endonasal endoscopic transpterygoid approach has made the procedure less morbid and reduces hospital stay. We demonstrate this approach in the surgical video.
