PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: A case of left sided cribriform plate and lateral recess of sphenoid sinus leak with left temporal encephalocele in a 40 year old female which was approached endoscopically transcribriform and transpterygoid and repaired with surface coagulation with Coablation and diathermy and reinforced with fat ,fascia lata,duragen and gel foam.
