PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: A stable, engaged, employee force is foundational to the ability to provide efficient, high-quality, cost-effective care while providing an optimal patient experience. Engaged employees are any organization's top performers. They work hard, set a positive tone, and passionately espouse the organization's values to its patients. Employees who are disengaged or dissatisfied affect organization’s negatively with increased employee turnover, decreased morale, and loss of productivity. In the context of the current labor environment and especially in times of economic uncertainty, employee engagement and retention has taken on even more significance.

Industry panel experts will share their insights and strategies for keeping employees motivated and engaged. Topics to be covered include the economic impact of staff turnover, the impact on employee morale, how to enhance effective communication strategies, and best practices for maintaining employee engagement and retaining top talent. Attendees can expect to gain valuable insights and practical tips for retaining and engaging employees and maximizing employee retention.
