PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Our video documents a novel application of indocyanine green (ICG) angiography - its use in temporoparietal fascia harvesting for total auricular reconstruction. This technology provides increased reliability and safety for this vital step of microtia surgery. This technique also assists in teaching residents and fellows this reconstructive technique.
