PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This Great Debate will address PROS and CONS of when DISE should be performed in a child with OSA who has not had prior surgery. Topics covered are those with severe OSA or those with medical comorbidities. The debate will also discuss controversies in the management of children with OSA and small tonsils.

Learning Objectives:

Understand when DISE should be performed in a child with OSA who has not had prior surgery.
Understand how comorbidities may play a role in the decision to perform DISE in a child.
Discuss controversies surrounding the management of children with OSA and small tonsils.
