Grant E. Gochman, M.S. is third year medical student at the Loyola University Chicago-Stritch School of Medicine. He is interested in pursuing a career in otolaryngology and has published multiple articles in the field. Currently, he is researching socioeconomic differences in follow-up and management in pediatric otolaryngology. Previously, he studied vestibular dysfunction and rehabilitation at the Hines VA Medical Center under Dr. Eileen Foecking. Grant also worked as a clinical researcher with the UCSF Department of Otolaryngology’s Divisions of Laryngology and Rhinology during his gap year. Prior to this, he obtained his master’s degree in medical physiology from Loyola University Chicago. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Los Angeles in Molecular, Cell and Developmental Biology where he studied nanoparticles as a treatment of allergic airway disease under Dr. Andre Nel and Dr. Tian Xia.
