Heung-Man Lee is currently the Graduate Director in Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in College of Medicine Korea University, Seoul, Korea. Concurrently, he is also the director of Medical Devices Clinical Trial Center and Medical Device Safety Monitoring Center in Guro Hospital, Korea University, Seoul, Korea.
Professor Lee finished his M.D. and Bachelor in Medical Science Graduate School of Korea University, Seoul, Korea. Additionally, he received his Ph.D. in Medical Science Graduate School of Korea University, Seoul, Korea as well.
As his internship, Lee performed his resident training in Korea university medical center, Seoul, Korea. He was the Head of Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in GangHaw Hospital, Gyunggi-Do, Korea. Previously, he performed as a Clinical Fellow, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor in College of Medicine Korea University, Seoul, Korea. He was formerly the Director in Department of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery in Guro Hospital, Korea University, Seoul, Korea. Professor Lee continued his career by going abroad and became a Visiting Scientist in Cardiovascular Research Institues in Department of Pulmonology from University of California San Francisco, CA, U.S.A.
Professor Lee served on the director of Research Committee in Korean Rhinologic Society, Scientific Committee in Korean Society of Otolaryngology, Scientific Committee in Korean Rhinologic Society, Research Committee in Korean Society of Otolaryngology, and Planning Committee in Korean Rhinologic Society. Not only he was director in several Committees but also was an editorial board member of Korean Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology, a scientific board member of Scientific Committee in Korean Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Clinical Immunology. He is currently the chairman of Korean Rhinologic Society.
