Dr. William McFeely is a board-certified otolaryngologist in active clinical and surgical practice for 27 years. Dr. McFeely obtained a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan. He went on to attend the University of Michigan’s School of Medicine and completed his otolaryngology residency at the University of Florida. He completed fellowship training in otology, neurotology, and skull base surgery at the Michigan Ear Institute in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Dr. McFeely is a recipient of various academic and professional awards. He is a member of professional organizations, including the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery, American Neurotology Society, American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy, Medical Association of the State of Alabama, and the Madison County Medical Association.
Dr. McFeely has extensive experience teaching and supervising undergraduates, medical students, residents, surgical technologists, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners. He has engaged in various speaking appearances at local and national media outlets on otolaryngology topics. Dr. McFeely has been an invited presenter at national and international medical conferences, educational forums, and symposia. He has authored peer-reviewed book chapters, abstracts, articles, and scientific papers, and has served as principal investigator in multiple FDA clinical trials. Dr. McFeely has more than 20 years of service as a treating physician at Children's Rehabilitation Service (CRS) for children with special health needs. Dr. McFeely has provided dedicated and effective expert witness work.
