I am currently a resident physician in Otolaryngology and conduct research through a T32-funded postdoctoral fellowship in the Clinical Outcomes Research Office at Washington University in St. Louis. My research interests include survivorship and quality of life outcomes in head and neck cancer. I am specifically interested in issues affecting nutritional status, including swallowing and dysgeusia. The goal of my current work is to increase understanding of functional outcomes, particularly chemosensory disorders, in head and neck cancer patients to improve patient education during treatment decision-making.
