Prof. Zheng-Cai Lou received his bachelor's in Clinical Medicine in 1993 at the wenzhou medical University,China, who is postgraduate tutor of wenzhou medical University and Otolaryngology department director at the affiliated yiwu hospital of wenzhou medical university, China. More than 300 peer reviewed papers had been published. He is a Senior Visiting Scholar of University of Pennsylvania in 2013.
