Autefeh Sajjadi, MD MS is a current fifth year resident at the University of Minnesota Department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery. She completed her undergraduate education at University of California, Berkeley where she majored in Integrative Biology and Global Poverty with an undergraduate focus on comparing healthcare disparities between Latin America and the Middle East. She then continued her work with healthcare disparities with a Master of Science at Ponce Health Sciences University in Puerto Rico and later obtained her Medical Degree from Creighton University. Throughout her educational career and now in residency she has remained passionate about identifying healthcare disparities and improving access to healthcare at both a local and international level.
