Douglas von Allmen, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center and the University of Cincinnati Academic Health Center.
He attended medical school at Marshall University in Huntington, WV and subsequently completed his otolaryngology residency at the University of Cincinnati. Following residency, he completed a pediatric fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
He joined the faculty in Cincinnati in 2021 after completing fellowship. Dr. von Allmen participates in the multidisciplinary center for aerodigestive and complex obstructive sleep apnea. His other interests include esophageal reconstruction, tracheomalacia, and tracheoesophageal fistula.
