Inderpreet Kaur Khalsa, MS is a fourth-year medical student at the University of California, San Francisco and Research Fellow at the UCSF Children's Communication Center and UCSF Pediatric Otolaryngology Division. She received her BA from Stanford University and completed a master's thesis at UC Berkeley on the role of a social and structural determinants of health framework in tackling machine learning algorithmic bias. Her current research interests lie at the intersection of global OHNS equity (especially pediatric hearing health), practice and process innovation, and clinical informatics.
