Dr. Davud Sirjani is the Director of the Stanford Salivary Program and Chief of the Otolaryngology Division at the VA Palo Alto. He specializes in head and neck surgery, with a focus on minimally invasive techniques to reduce morbidity in complex cancer operations. Dr. Sirjani is known for his work in minimally invasive parotid operations and has published on retrograde parotidectomies and parotidectomies under local/MAC anesthesia, aiming to reduce general anesthesia complications for safer outcomes.
