Anirudh Saraswathula, MD, MS is a chief resident in in otolaryngology–head and neck surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine planning to pursue post-residency fellowship training in laryngology. Outside the operating room and clinic, he is interested in the challenges of designing, regulating, and implementing value-based care models in the US healthcare industry and hope in particular to work to develop better ways of effectively assessing and improving healthcare quality.
