Memphis, TN, United States
I am Associate Professor of Pediatrics, Divison of infectious Diseases at University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN.
My clinical activity is centered around outpatient and inpatient evaluation and treatment of pediatric infectious diseases. My main clinical and research interest are related to the early identification of Congenital infections, particularly in identifying predictors of outcomes in Congenital CMV infection.
We have developed a saliva PCR-based universal Congenital CMV screening program within our healthcare system, who receive evaluation, antiviral therapy as indicated and long term follow up in conjuction with our Audiology, ENT and Otologist. I am passionate about caring for those patients and their families.
