Tom Barrett, MD is an otolaryngology resident in the physician-scientist training program at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He will be pursuing fellowship training in head and neck oncologic and microvascular reconstructive surgery. His research interests include using multi-omic sequencing modalities to understand malignant cell states, the tumor microenvironment, and their influence on treatment resistance and poor patient outcomes.
