Dr. Sarah E. Bauer is an assistant professor of clinical pediatrics at the Indiana University School of Medicine and the Pediatric Pulmonology Fellowship Director at Riley Children’s Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. She earned her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and her pediatric pulmonology fellowship at Riley Hospital. She received her graduate certificate in public health from the Indiana University Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health. She is co-director of the Home Vent Program as well as part of the interdisciplinary Bronchopulmonary Dysplasia and Flexible Bronchoscopy Programs at Riley Hospital. She has a passion for advocacy and education with a special interest in tobacco and e-cigarette prevention and cessation. She is a member of the Indiana Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics Board of Directors and currently serves as the Indiana representative on the American Thoracic Society Council of Chapter Representatives.
