Dr. Goran Latif Omer is a Lecturer with a PhD from University of Sulaimani, Iraq and Tor Vergata University of Rome. He is a double board-certified surgeon in Otorhinolaryngology and Skull Base Surgery (FBMS and FEB ORL-HN). Additionally, he specialized in Rhinology, earning a PhD from Tor Vergata University of Rome and completing a fellowship at the Istanbul Rhinoplasty School. Dr. Goran has also specialized in Skull Base Surgery, having completed two fellowships in advanced lateral and anterior skull base surgeries.
