Beatrice C Go, MD is currently a resident physician (PGY4) in the Department of Otorhinolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at the Hospital of University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Go graduated summa cum laude from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a degree in Neuroscience. She then spent a year studying clinical and functional outcomes of sports medicine orthopedic surgeries before attending medical school at the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine in Philadelphia. During medical school, she completed a certificate in academic surgery and was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. Dr. Go’s research interests include quality of life after head and neck oncologic surgery, outcomes research in facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and artificial intelligence in surgical training. As a former writer for Doximity, she is also passionate about health disparities, medical humanities, and medical education, which she aspires to incorporate into her future career in academic medicine.
