Sarah Wilkins is a fourth-year MD candidate at the Yale School of Medicine. She recieved her BS in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from Yale University in 2018. Her research interests span several topics within Otolaryngology, but her main focus has been on better characterizing patient outcomes after diagnosis with HPV+ oropharyngeal cancer. Prior to medical school, she spent one year conducing basic science research in Wuerzburg, Germany and two years working at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute focusing on RNA-protein interactions that impact the cell's response to DNA damage.
