Conrad Safranek is a third-year MD candidate at Yale School of Medicine and interested in applying artificial intelligence and informatics to improve medicine and healthcare delivery. He graduated from Stanford University in 2021 with a BS in Computational Biology. His research includes investigating automated methods for conflicts of interest cross-checking in ENT biologics via ChatGPT, utilizing big data for automatic restaging of oropharyngeal cancer, leveraging large language models for medical education, and developing informatics tools for visualizing peri-operative opioid-use patterns.
