Akash S. Halagur, BA, is a 4th-year medical student at the Dartmouth Geisel School of Medicine and a recent NIH R25 Clinician-Scientist Research Fellow at Stanford Otolaryngology. Originally from Troy, Michigan, Akash completed his Neuroscience and South Asia Studies undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania and worked as a healthcare strategy consultant prior to medical school. His research now focuses on the intersection of DEI disparities, artificial intelligence, and otolaryngology.
