Adam C. Kaufman, MD PhD

Adam Kaufman, MD, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Otolaryngology at the University of Maryland Baltimore. He received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University and followed that with MD and PhD degrees from Yale University. He completed his otolaryngology residency at the Hospital of the Univeristy of Pennsylvania. Afterwards, he did a fellowship in neurotology and skullbase surgery at Stanford University. He currently runs a lab dedicated to understanding how the innate immune system defends against the development of chronic otitis media.
