Eileen Raynor MD is Associate professor of Head and Neck Surgery & Communication Sciences and Chief of the Division of Pediatric Otolaryngology at Duke University Health. She has practiced otolaryngology for over 20 years and has been in her current position since it became an official Department in 2019. She has dedicated her entire career to academic medicine and am committed to the education of future otolaryngologists. She is engaged in clinical research and has a keen interest in innovation. She has been an active member of the Academy since she was in training and served on numerous committees over the years. She is pleased to be a member of the Annual Meeting Program Committee and is excited about the continued evolution of our annual meeting. She is active in WIO as well as the Board of Governors. She is involved in many of our subspecialty organizations and also serve on the NC medical society board of directors. She strives to instill enthusiasm for our specialty and works hard to represent our ideals in my day-to-day activities.
