Dr. Marianella Paz-Lansberg is an Assistant Professor in the department of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Boston Medical Center. She graduated medical school at Universidad Central de Venezuela and completed her residency at the University of Chicago. She received her fellowship training in Rhinology and Skull Base from Massachusetts, Eye & Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. Dr. Paz-Lansberg has experience managing inflammatory sinus disease, benign and malignant tumors of the paranasal sinus, endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy and endoscopic orbital and skull base reconstruction. She has first-authored and co-authored journal publications and textbook chapters in paranasal sinus inflammatory disease and the treatment of allergies. Her current research focus includes surgical rhinitis, healthcare disparities in rhinology surgical outcomes, as well as the topics of inclusion and diversity within otolaryngology and in medical education more broadly.
