Dr Vivas joined the Emory faculty in September 1, 2013. In 2006 she earned her M.D. degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx, New York. She completed an Otorhinolaryngology Residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine and has completed a Neurotology Fellowship at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, Pittsburgh PA in 2013. She serves as an Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery faculty member for the Division of Otology and Neurotology within The Emory Clinic, based at the Emory University Hospital Midtown campus in Atlanta. She is currently Professor and Chief of Division for Otology and Neurotology. She also serves as Director of the Surgical Dissection Laboratory and Temporal Bone Course.
