Alessandra Bliss, MD, is a PGY-2 resident in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Dr. Bliss completed her medical education at The Ohio State University, where she laid the foundation for community outreach and diversity, equity, and inclusion work through her participation in the Student National Medical Association and by hosting community health events with the Columbus YWCA.

Dr. Bliss is deeply passionate about enhancing diversity within the field of otolaryngology and is also interested in exploring initiatives to improve access to otolaryngologic care. Through her work, she aims to create a more inclusive and equitable environment in healthcare, ensuring that all individuals have the opportunity to receive high-quality care.
