Faculty Biography
John A. (Jack) Fornadley MD

Dr. Fornadley studied medicine at the Pennsylvania State University (1981).
After a medical internship at Bethesda Naval Hospital, he was accepted for training in Undersea medicine and served with a Submarine Squadron before entering residency at Portsmouth Naval Hospital, becoming ABO certified in 1989.
From 1991-1999 he served on the faculty of Penn State University. In 1999, he and two partners launched a private practice in midstate Pennsylvania, where he worked for the next 23 years, and continues as a part time office-based physician.
He serves on the AAO-HNS Allergy, Asthma and Immunology committee and the Rhinology and Paranasal Sinus committee. He is a past President of the AAOA.
