Adam Folbe, MD, MS, FACS, FARS
Dr. Adam Folbe is a Professor and Chief, in the Division of Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery at Oakland University William Beaumont Hospital School of Medicine in Royal Oak, Michigan. Previously, he was an Associate Professor and Director of Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base surgery in the Departments of Otolaryngology and Neurosurgery at Wayne State University School of Medicine. Dr. Folbe is an expert in the treatment of complicated sinus disease and endoscopic skull base surgery.
Nationally, he is a Fellow in the American Rhinologic Society, and serves on committees for the ARS, North American Skull Base Society, and the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck surgery. He has published over 150 peer reviewed research articles, written several book chapters, and has been invited to teach at national and international courses on sinus and skull base surgery
Dr. Folbe received his BA from the University of Michigan, and his MD from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery at Wayne State University. Then, he did a fellowship in Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base surgery at the University of Miami.
