I am Taim Akhal, a Syrian international medical student at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland: MUB. I'm in Miami with my research mentor Dr. Mark Bassim from Cleveland Clinic; we will be presenting our work on predicting Meniere's disease outcomes and tympanoplasty surgery eardrops. I am an otolaryngology aspirant interested in medical research & statistics, student-led medical education, and community engagement. I also like to run and cook.
