Dr. Neil Tan is a Consultant Rhinologist at the Royal Cornwall Hospital in the United Kingdom. He completed his residency training in the East of England and during this period, spent two years in Australia where he was awarded a PhD with distinction from the University of Adelaide under the supervision of Professor PJ Wormald. After completion of residency, he undertook two years of subspecialty fellowship training in Anterior and Lateral Skull Base Surgery at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, Cambridge and in Advanced Rhinology and Endoscopic Skull Base Surgery in Adelaide, Australia as fellow to Professor PJ Wormald and Professor Alkis Psaltis. His research interests are in optimizing medical and surgical treatments in Chronic Rhinosinusitis and he is an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the University of Exeter Medical School.
