Madison V. Epperson, MD

Dr. Madison Epperson, MD is a fourth-year resident in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Michigan. She graduated as Valedictorian from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine where she was also inducted into both Alpha Omega Alpha and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Prior to medical school, she graduated Summa Cum Laude as a Singletary Scholar from the University of Kentucky with a BA in Biology and a minor in Neuroscience and Spanish. She is actively involved in a multitude of graduate medical education initiatives at the local and national level. She serves on the Otology-Neurotology Education Committee of the American Academy of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery and as the resident representative on the Education Steering Committee, working to develop the national Otolaryngology Core Curriculum. She also resides on the Governing Council of the Section for Residents and Fellows. Her research interests include understanding and optimizing aural rehabilitation for the single-sided-deaf population. She has applied for fellowship in otology-neurotology.
