Dr. Jonathan Jelmini is a board certified, fellowship trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon. He received a dental degree from the University of California, San Francisco and a medical degree from Oregon Health and Sciences University (OHSU). He completed a General Surgery internship and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery at OHSU. After residency, he completed a fellowship in head and neck surgery and microvascular reconstruction at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. Dr. Jelmini is eager to begin his career at Three Rivers Oral & Facial Surgery and return to the Pacific Northwest with his wife Lauren, two children, and dog. His interests in the field include dentoalveolar and implant surgery, facial trauma, and complex head and neck reconstruction. He particularly enjoys how these individual components combined can restore form and function in treating benign or malignant processes of the maxillofacial region. In addition to joining the practice at Three Rivers, he is eager to integrate himself in the academic community of Portland.
