Tice Harkins, BS is a fourth-year student at Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. During his medical education, Tice completed a one-year research fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused on a novel technique to assess the site and severity of upper airway obstruction during drug-induced sleep endoscopy. Tice has previoulsy presented research at conferences in New Zealand, Poland, and Ireland, showcasing his ability to engage with diverse scientific audiences and share ideas on a global scale. Tice's was also selected as a keynote speaker at a TEDx event, where he delivered an inspiring talk on the theme of resilience. Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, Tice leads an active and adventurous lifestyle. He is an avid surfer, climber, and hiker, finding balance and inspiration in the great outdoors. His dedication to physical fitness is exemplified by his recent completion of his third IRONMAN triathlon, a testament to his perseverance and determination.
