Medical Student
Carle Illinois College of Medicine
Urbana, IL, United States
I am currently a second-year medical student at Carle Illinois College of Medicine, where my academic journey is deeply enriched by a background in bioengineering and computer science. This unique blend of disciplines has shaped my approach to medicine, allowing me to view patient care through a lens that combines technical innovation with human-centered compassion.
My research interests are broad but unified by a commitment to improving healthcare outcomes. I am particularly passionate about understanding how socioeconomic factors influence patient health. I believe that by unraveling the complex ways in which social determinants affect medical outcomes, we can develop more equitable and effective healthcare strategies. Additionally, I am deeply intrigued by the potential of artificial intelligence in revolutionizing patient care. I am exploring how AI can be harnessed to enhance diagnostic accuracy, personalize treatment plans, and ultimately bridge gaps in healthcare delivery.
As I progress through my medical education, I am eager to continue integrating my technical expertise with my growing clinical knowledge, with the goal of contributing to a more just and innovative healthcare system.
