Stefano Di Girolamo, MD, is the Head of the Otolaryngology Unit at Tor Vergata University Hospital in Rome and a Professor of Otorhinolaryngology at the University of Rome "Tor Vergata". He also serves as the Director of the School of Specialization in Otorhinolaryngology and is currently the Director of the Master's program in Management of Chronic Tinnitus at the same University. He was the President of the Bachelor's Degree Course in Hearing Aid Techniques and directed the two-year Master’s program on Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome. Prof. Di Girolamo has authored numerous scientific papers and research articles and is the author of the book Atrophic Rhinitis (Springer, 2020). He holds degrees in Medicine and Surgery, Otorhinolaryngology, and Audiology, and has also specialized in Healthcare Economics and Management. Additionally, he is an active editor and reviewer for several international journals.
