Adam Johnson MD, PhD is an Associate Professor of Pediatric Otolaryngology at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. Dr. Johnson received his undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from Old Dominion University. He also attended Texas A&M University Health Science Center to complete his PhD in Neuroscience. He then attended medical school at Texas Tech University School of Medicine. Dr. Johnson completed his residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery at the University of Oklahoma and has also completed a two year Pediatric Otolaryngology fellowship at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Dr. Johnson is board certified in Otolaryngology Head and Neck surgery and a current member of the Cleft, Vascular, Velopharyngeal dysfunction and Craniofacial teams at Arkansas Children's Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Johnson is committed to providing cleft care to underserved populations and has volunteered his time and surgical skills on mission trips in other countries to provide free cleft lip and palate care.
