PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: This video will demonstrate the steps and maneuvers that are commonly utilized to dissect properly and remove adenomatous parathyroid glands. Besides the common endoscopic steps to the anterior neck, endoscopic parathyroid dissection demands additional caution in order to identify the gland and dissect it without damaging its capsule. This video summarizes all steps necessary to a safe procedure
