PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: We would like to demonstrate a step-by-step algorithm for treatment of rhinologic csf leaks that a general practitioner may encounter. This includes management of trauma, iatrogenic, and small skull base defects such as transphenoidal surgery csf leaks.

Learning Objectives:

A step-by-step guide to identification and treatment of intraoperative csf leaks.
Identify optimal post operative management after repair of intraoperative csf leaks.
Develop sound technique for closure of trauma, iatrogenic and small skull csf leaks with high reliability.
