PROGRAM DESCRIPTION: Transoral endoscopic thyroid surgery is being performed all over the world and different kinds of thyroid resections can be performed by this approach. We should discuss a total thyroidectomy plus central neck dissection in a young patient presenting a multifocal papillary carcinoma with central neck metastasis. Thus, the did not want any scar on her neck. We will present a step by step procedure with important anatomical landmarks for a safe trans oral endoscopic surgery.
