Avanti Verma MD is currently an Assistant Professor of Surgery within the Division of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the Yale School of Medicine. She is also affiliated with the West Haven Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Verma focuses on the surgical treatment of patients with both benign and cancerous tumors of the head and neck, including thyroid and salivary diseases. Her clinical practice includes microvascular reconstruction and minimally invasive techniques such as transoral robotic surgery.
