As a rhinologist, I had training in basic research at the University of California - San Diego (UCSD) and Japan’s Mie University. My main clinical practice includes rhinoplasty for facial plastic surgery, endoscopic surgery to treat sinonasal and skull base tumors and chronic rhinosinusitis with polyps, and sleep surgery. For non-surgical treatment, I diagnose and do clinical research on patients with allergic rhinitis. With regard to basic research, I am actively engaged in an animal study on allergic rhinitis and rhinosinusitis and an immunologic study.
