Dr. Bumpous is the J.Samuel Bumgardner Professor and Chair of the Department of Otolaryngology-HNS and Communicative Disorders at the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He is a Head and Neck Oncologic Surgeon with specific clinical and research interests in parathyroid and thyroid surgery, melanoma and advanced head and neck cancers. Dr. Bumpous currently serves as the Interim Dean and Vice President of Academic Medical Affairs for the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
