Dr. Schneider is the Assistant Dean for Faculty Coaching, Master Certified Physician Development Coach, Director of Rhinology, and Associate Professor of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis, Missouri. He specializes in the care of patients with Rhinologic disorders, and Rhinology andAnterior Skull Base Surgery. His research includes Health Care Communication, Rhinosinusitis, Complex Anterior Skull Base Disorders, and Philosophy of Medicine. Dr. Schneider graduated from the University of Chicago School of Medicine in 2007 and completed his residency in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago in 2012. He then completed a Rhinology and Anterior Skull Base Surgical Fellowship at Vanderbilty University in Nashville Tennesse in 2013. He recently has become a certified physician coach and Assistant Dean for Faculty Coaching.
